Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Diablos IPTV handles when you order, request a trial or ask for support, why we need it, and how to ask us to see or delete it.
What information we handle
We only handle what we need to sell and support your subscription:
- Your name, as you give it to us.
- Your WhatsApp number, because ordering, trials and support all run on WhatsApp.
- Your email address, only if you choose to give it.
- Order details: the plan, the number of devices, the payment method and the dates of your trial or plan.
- Device and app details you share for support, such as your TV or box model, the player app you use, and photos or screenshots of an error.
Why we use it
- To process your order and confirm your payment.
- To create your login and send it to you.
- To give you setup help and support for your device.
- To handle refund requests and plan extensions.
We do not use your information for anything unrelated to your orders and support.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose: PayPal, the card processor, or your bank for Interac e-Transfer. Your card, PayPal and banking details are handled by those providers under their own privacy policies. The payment methods we accept are listed on our ordering guide.
Because we talk to customers on WhatsApp, your messages with us pass through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to its service.
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell personal data, to anyone, for any purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for your orders, support and accounting. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it.
Website hosting and cookies
Like most websites, diablosiptv.ca runs on hosting and caching services that may set technical cookies or keep standard server logs so pages load quickly and securely. These are part of delivering the site.
Seeing or deleting your information
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request on WhatsApp from the number you used with us. We may need to keep some order records for accounting, and we will tell you if that applies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
