Refund policy
Every paid Diablos IPTV plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 30 days of payment, for any reason, and you get the full amount back to the method you paid with.

Full refund within 30 days of payment, any reason. Ask on WhatsApp. We issue it within 2 business days, back to your original payment method.
Which plans the refund policy covers
Every paid plan: 1, 2, 3 or 4 devices, and 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There are no exceptions by plan size or length. A 12-month plan is covered the same way as a 1-month plan.
How to ask for a refund
- Message us on WhatsAppSend your request within 30 days of the date you paid.
- Include your order detailsFor example the plan, the payment method and the date you paid, so we can find your order quickly.
- We issue the refundThe refund is issued within 2 business days, to the method you paid with. You don’t need to give a reason.
When the money arrives
We issue every refund within 2 business days. How fast it shows up depends on how you paid:

After 30 days
Once 30 days have passed since payment, we do not refund the remaining time on a plan. There are two exceptions:
- An outage on our side. If we confirm an outage on our side lasting more than 24 continuous hours, your plan is extended by the length of the outage.
- If we discontinue the service. The unused portion of your plan is refunded pro rata.
Free trials
The 24-hour trial is free and needs no card or payment, so there is nothing to refund.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before you file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Within 30 days of payment, a refund is yours for the asking. A chargeback filed without contacting us first suspends your login while it is investigated.
Player-app fees
Some player apps, mostly on smart TVs, charge their own activation fee. For example, Smart IPTV costs a one-time €5.49 per TV, and IBO Player and SET IPTV ask for activation per device after a 7-day trial. Those fees are paid to the app developer, not to us, so we cannot refund them. The devices page explains which apps charge what.
