IPTV Toronto: local channels, Leafs nights and the rest

IPTV Toronto viewers get the city’s local line-up from Diablos IPTV: CTV Toronto, Global Toronto, Citytv, CP24, CHCH, OMNI 1 and 2 and the CBC regional feeds, plus Sportsnet Ontario and TSN 1 to 5 for the Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays and Argonauts. It streams over your Bell or Rogers internet to the TV or stick you already own. Prices start at $18 for one month, or $6.50 a month on a 12-month plan, and the first 24 hours are free.

Which Toronto channels are in the guide?

Type “Toronto” into the guide search and the local feeds show up together. This is what most people in the city reach for first, grouped the way the guide lays it out.

One change worth knowing: Bell Media retired the standalone CTV app on May 1, 2026 and moved CTV content into Crave. That affects the app only. CTV Toronto is still a live channel, and it sits in our guide like any other. The full channel list covers the national, US and premium groups too.

Where to watch the Leafs, Raptors, Blue Jays and Argos

TeamLeagueChannels to watch
Maple LeafsNHLRegional games split between Sportsnet Ontario and TSN4. National English games on Sportsnet. The national French package is on TVA Sports.
RaptorsNBATSN and Sportsnet
Blue JaysMLBSportsnet
ArgonautsCFLTSN in English; RDS or RDS 2 in French

The Leafs have the most scattered schedule of any team in town. One night the game is on Sportsnet Ontario, the next it is on TSN4, and national nights move to Sportsnet. Put those channels in a single favourites list and you stop scrolling at puck drop. Wednesday games in Prime Video’s national package are the exception: they stream only inside Prime Video, so no TV guide lists them.

Regional rights follow each team’s broadcast region. With Diablos IPTV every TSN channel and every Sportsnet regional feed is in the guide on every plan, so you find any feed by its name. A Torontonian who grew up cheering for the Canucks opens Sportsnet Pacific the same way a Leafs fan opens Sportsnet Ontario. League-by-league details are on the sports page.

Three favourites lists that save time

Hockey night

Sportsnet Ontario, TSN4, the national Sportsnet channels and TVA Sports. If a second game runs at the same time, it often lands on another Sportsnet regional feed, so add those as well.

Morning news

CP24, CTV Toronto, Global Toronto, CBC News Network and BNN Bloomberg. Five channels, one row, no hunting before work.

Weekend

Blue Jays on Sportsnet, Argos on TSN, Raptors on TSN or Sportsnet, and the NFL on the Canadian and US network feeds.

Check the time zone once

Toronto runs on Eastern time. Set your device or player app to Eastern and every program sits in the right slot. Leave it on another zone and the guide is off by hours, so tonight’s 7 pm game appears at the wrong time. Missed the start anyway? Supported channels keep 7 days of catch-up.

Your connection

Does IPTV work on Bell or Rogers internet in Toronto?

Yes. IPTV Toronto service from us runs over the internet line you already pay for, so a Bell home and a Rogers home set it up the same way. We make no claim about either company’s network. What counts is the speed that actually reaches the TV.

  • About 10 Mbps per HD stream and about 25 Mbps per 4K stream, our own guidance.
  • Ethernet beats Wi-Fi. A cable from the router to the TV or box is the most stable setup for a playoff game.
  • Only the internet side is needed. If you have Rogers Xfinity TV (formerly Ignite TV) or another provider TV service today, Diablos IPTV does not depend on it.

The trade-offs of leaving a cable or provider TV package are laid out in IPTV vs cable.

Plans

What a Toronto household pays

Every plan carries the same channels, catch-up and PPV events. The only thing that changes is how many screens stream at the same moment. Here is the 12-month price for each size, tax included, in Canadian dollars.

$78

1 screen for 12 months, which works out to $6.50 a month. Good for one TV.

$128

2 screens for 12 months. The living room and a bedroom, or the TV and a phone.

$178

3 screens for 12 months, about $14.83 a month.

$198

4 screens for 12 months, $16.50 a month, for a full house on hockey night.

Shorter terms start at $18 for one month on one screen. Pay by Interac e-Transfer, card or PayPal; nothing renews on its own, and every paid plan can be refunded in full within 30 days. There is no setup fee and no box to rent.

Beyond the local feeds

International channels on the same login

If you also follow TV from another country, there is nothing extra to buy. The international groups cover 60+ countries and come with every plan. A few of them:

  • South Asian Star Plus, Zee TV, Colors, PTC Punjabi, Geo
  • Chinese CCTV, Phoenix, TVB Jade
  • Filipino GMA, Kapamilya Channel
  • Portuguese RTP, SIC, TVI
  • Italian Rai 1 to 3, Canale 5
  • Greek ERT, ANT1, Skai
  • Polish TVP, Polsat, TVN
  • Caribbean TVJ, CVM, CNC3
  • Arabic MBC, Al Jazeera, Rotana

Honest limits

What it won’t do

  • Prime Video Wednesday NHL games. That 27-game package is streaming-only for Prime members and appears on no TV channel.
  • Crave originals. Shows that live only inside a streaming app have no channel, so they are not in the guide.
  • Work without internet. If your connection drops, the TV drops with it.
  • Change the commentary language. Audio follows the broadcaster: TSN and Sportsnet in English, RDS and TVA Sports in French.
