IPTV free trial in Canada: 24 hours, full service

How it works

How do you get an IPTV free trial in Canada?

The trial is requested on WhatsApp, the same place you would order and get support. It gives you the same line-up as any paid plan of our IPTV Canada service, so what you see in those 24 hours is what you would be paying for.

  1. Message us on WhatsAppTap the trial button on this page or write to +1 251 314 9725 and ask for the free trial. English or French, whichever you prefer.
  2. Tell us your deviceFire TV Stick, Android TV box, Samsung or LG TV, Apple TV, phone or computer. We send setup steps for that exact device and tell you which player app to use.
  3. Sign in and start watchingEnter the login in the player app. Your 24 hours of full access begin, and we stay on the chat if anything doesn’t load.

Time it for a real evening

Support answers trial requests from 9 am to 11 pm Eastern, seven days a week. Messages sent outside those hours get a reply the next morning. If you want to test a big game, ask in the afternoon of game day so your 24 hours cover the evening.

Checklist

What to test during your 24-hour trial

A day goes by fast. These six checks tell you more than an afternoon of channel surfing.

1. Live sports in the evening

Watch a game on TSN, Sportsnet, RDS or TVA Sports when you normally would. Sports channels run on dedicated priority servers; this shows how they behave on your connection. Overlapping games often go to RDS 2, TVA Sports 2 or a Sportsnet regional feed.

2. The French channels

Check TVA, Noovo, ICI Radio-Canada Télé, Télé-Québec, LCN and RDI. Audio follows the broadcaster, so RDS and TVA Sports are in French only, which is what most Québec viewers want.

3. The TV guide

Compare a show’s listed time with the clock. If it is off by hours, set the device or app time zone (Eastern for Québec and Ontario).

4. Catch-up

Play something that aired earlier in the week on a supported channel. Catch-up keeps 7 days.

5. Your Wi-Fi in the TV room

Test on the TV you will actually use, where it sits. Plan on about 10 Mbps per HD stream. If Wi-Fi buffers, try wired Ethernet; it is more stable.

6. 4K

If you have a 4K TV, play a 4K stream. 4K is available where the source broadcasts it and needs about 25 Mbps. On a slower line, FHD and HD versions of the same channels are there too.

Want a list of what to look for? The channel list shows every Canadian group, and our sports guide explains which channel carries which league.

After the trial

What happens when the free trial ends?

The trial simply stops after 24 hours. There is no card on file, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged. If you liked it, tell us which plan you want on the same WhatsApp chat, pay, and your login is sent as soon as the payment clears.

Limits

What the trial won’t do

  • It lasts 24 hours. When the time is up, access ends.
  • It doesn’t include streaming-only content. The Prime Video Wednesday NHL games, Crave originals and TOU.TV Extra exclusives are not on any TV channel, so they are not in our guide on the trial or on paid plans.
  • It doesn’t change the broadcast language. RDS and TVA Sports are French only; the audio is the broadcaster’s.
  • It doesn’t cover player-app fees. IBO Player and SET IPTV give a 7-day trial, then ask for activation per device. Smart IPTV costs a one-time €5.49 per TV, paid to its developer, not to us.

If your trial failed for a technical reason, for example the app wouldn’t install or a channel group didn’t load, tell support. We can extend the trial or set up a second one. For setup help before you start, see the devices guide.

FAQ

Free trial questions

Is the Diablos IPTV free trial really free?

Yes. You don’t enter a card or pay anything. You ask on WhatsApp, we send a 24-hour login, and there is no obligation to buy afterwards.

How long does the free trial last?

24 hours from the moment we set it up. Ask at a time that lets those 24 hours cover an evening, so you can test live sports and your Wi-Fi when you normally watch.

Does the trial include every channel?

Yes. The trial is the full service: all live channels, the on-demand library, the TV guide, 7-day catch-up, 4K where the source broadcasts it, PPV events and the sports servers.

Do I need to cancel the trial?

No. It ends by itself after 24 hours. Nothing is charged because there is no card on file, and nothing turns into a paid plan unless you order one.

What if the trial doesn’t work on my TV?

Tell us on WhatsApp with a photo of the error. If the trial failed for a technical reason, support can extend it or give you a second trial.

Can I get the trial and support in French?

Yes. Write to us in French and we answer in French. The French channels, including RDS, TVA Sports, TVA, Noovo and ICI Radio-Canada Télé, are part of the trial.
