About Diablos IPTV
Diablos IPTV sells IPTV subscriptions to viewers in Canada through diablosiptv.ca. We sell one service in 16 plans, priced in Canadian dollars with tax included, and we support it ourselves on WhatsApp in English and French. This page explains what we sell, who it suits, how we handle support and refunds, and the things we will not do.
What we sell
One service, sixteen plans
Every Diablos IPTV plan carries the same service: 30,000+ live channels, an on-demand library of movies and series, 4K, FHD and HD streams, 7-day catch-up on supported channels, a TV guide, PPV events such as UFC and boxing, and dedicated priority servers for the sports channels. Plans differ only in how many screens can stream at once (1 to 4) and how long they last (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Prices run from $18 to $198. We don’t sell equipment, and there is no setup fee. Support
How support works
Support runs on WhatsApp from 9 am to 11 pm Eastern, seven days a week, in English and French. Messages that arrive overnight get a reply the next morning. When you order, we send setup instructions for your exact device, and the same chat stays open for questions. If something breaks, send your device, your app and a photo of the error, and we work through it with you. You can try everything first with the 24-hour free trial, which needs no card. Policies
Our refund and renewal rules
Every paid plan is refundable in full within 30 days of payment, for any reason, sent back to the method you paid with within 2 business days. No plan renews on its own; when yours ends, you decide whether to buy again. Prices include tax. The exact terms are in our refund policy.
What we will never do
- Publish fake reviews, testimonials, ratings or customer counts
- Renew your plan automatically or keep charging you after it ends
- Add hidden fees. The plan price is the total, tax included, with no setup fee. Where a smart-TV player app charges its own fee, paid to its developer, we say so on this site
- Sell your personal data. We handle your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give one, and order details, and payments are processed by the payment provider. See the privacy policy
How we write this site
How we check what we publish
Channel line-ups, sports rights and app changes move often in Canada, so we check the facts on this site against official sources and update the pages when something changes. TV and internet rules come from the CRTC, and channel and sports-rights details come from the broadcasters themselves: TSN, Sportsnet, RDS and TVA Sports. Two recent examples: TVA Sports signed a 12-year NHL sublicence on September 3, 2026, which changed where French games air, and Bell Media retired the standalone CTV and Noovo apps on May 1, 2026. When something like that changes, the pages change with it.
We also write about limits. Streaming-only content such as the Prime Video Wednesday NHL games is not in our guide, and we say so. If you spot something out of date on this site or on the Diablos IPTV home page, message us and we will correct it.
