IPTV vs cable
Is an IPTV subscription cheaper than cable in Canada?
For most homes that watch sports, yes. The CRTC requires every licensed TV provider to offer an entry-level basic package at no more than $25 a month, not counting equipment. That cap covers basic only. TSN and Sportsnet are not mandatory basic channels; on cable they are optional extras sold on top.

Where basic cable still makes sense: if you only watch a few local channels and never sports, a capped basic package may be all you need. IPTV also runs on your home internet: about 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps per 4K stream, so four HD screens need around 40 Mbps.

With Diablos IPTV, plans run from $18 for one month on one device to $198 for a year on four devices. The lowest monthly cost is $6.50, on the 12-month plan for one device. All prices are in Canadian dollars with tax included.
Do bigger plans get more channels?
No. Every plan has the same channels and features, including PPV events, 4K streams, catch-up and the sports servers. The only difference is how many screens can stream at the same time.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
No. Plans never renew on their own and nothing is charged when yours ends. If you want to continue, message us and pick your next plan.
How fast do I get my login after paying?
Within minutes for Interac e-Transfer and card during support hours (9 am to 11 pm Eastern), and instantly for PayPal. Outside support hours we reply the next morning.
Are there any other costs?
Not from us: prices include tax, with no setup fee. Some smart-TV player apps charge their own fee, paid to the developer. Smart IPTV costs a one-time €5.49 per TV, and IBO Player and SET IPTV ask for activation after a 7-day trial. We cannot refund those fees.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Every paid plan is refundable in full within 30 days of payment, for any reason. Request it on WhatsApp with your order details. Interac refunds are sent the same day, card refunds take 3 to 5 business days to appear, and PayPal refunds are instant.
Can I share my login with family in another home?
Each plan has one login that can stream on as many screens at once as its device count. Going beyond that can get it suspended, so choose a plan that covers every screen playing at the same time.
